1. Zone Dynamic Personal Review
Each Producer will participate in an on-line survey to determine their personal communication style. Once complete, the results will be reviewed one-on-one with one of our coaches to help the Producer understand the advantages and pitfalls of his or her natural communication style.

2. ZD101 - Zone Dynamics 101
This is our foundational training. It is a comprehensive program which will introduce you to the four Zones, the natural communication styles which are effective in each zone, and how to recognize the styles in an event setting, or one-on-one. You will have access to on-line seminar session of the foundational “Zone” training. Producers may refer back to the session as many times as they desire during their 90 day program.

3. MP101 - Master Presenter Seminar / Presentation Review
A thorough review of your seminar and group presentation to maximize its communication effectiveness to the different personality styles in the room.

  • You video tape your next seminar and send it to us for evaluation. (We will send you a flip-cam)
  • Assess the style of presenter and its impact on the audience
  • Assess the style of the presentation and its impact on the audience
  • Assess the flow of the presentation and suggest ways to improve
  • Evaluate your product positioning and its effectiveness on the different personality dynamics in the room
  • Detailed Analysis and recommendations for improving the language of your presentation on how to most effectively appeal to the 4 different communication styles in your seminar and move them to take action
  • Learn to recognize the 4 different communication styles in your seminar / presentation - The 10 “Don’t Do” Rules of any presentation
  • Words that Chill TM a great presentation and suggested alternatives to keep your momentum.

4. Sales Presentation Review
A thorough review of your one-on-one sales presentation to maximize its communication effectiveness to the different personality styles sitting across from you.

  • Understanding how your style impacts every sales call.
  • How to recognize the buying signals of the client across from you.
  • How to speak the language your client wants to hear. Use questioning techniques to identify the communication style your client is comfortable with and learn their power words and motivational phrases that will lead the client to take action.
  • Learn which words and phrases to avoid depending upon the personality style of the client
  • Words that Chill a great sales call and suggested alternatives to keep your momentum.

5. Zone Coach
The Zone Coach is where it all comes together. We work on application from Foundations. Everyone has been to presentations where everything looked great on the stage, but putting the new tools into practice was a bit more challenging. Our goal is to truly impact your bottom line and we work to make that happen by helping you through the real world application of these new tools. Each month, you will be contacted by one of our Zone Coaches for a one-on-one “check-in”. Our coaches will evaluate questions and scenarios about various situations you have faced in order to help you identify, evaluate, and adjust your response to the various human dynamics you are confronted with.
